Monash Simulation: Course Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Due to our commitment to provide the best possible experience for our course participants, Monash Simulation requires notice of a minimum of 7 working days to cancel or reschedule a course place.
Cancellations or reschedules received 7 or more days prior to the course will not incur a fee.
Cancellations or reschedules received with less than 7 days notice will incur a $100 administration fee. For Monash Health attendees, this fee will be charged to the employee’s department cost centre.
Monash Health attendees must gain permission from their direct line manager if attendance at a course is required during rostered working hours. It will be the responsibility of the course attendee to inform their direct line manager of Monash Simulation’s Course Terms & Conditions.

 

Acceptance of Order
Course bookings can be accepted at any time up to the course start date, subject to availability.
For non-Monash Health course attendees:

  • A deposit fee of $250 dollars must be received to secure a course place and the balance paid in full prior to the course start date,
  • A valid form of payment must be used (e.g. credit card, BPAY, cheque),
  • Reservations to request a course place can be made via the online ‘Register your Interest for a Course’ page on our website; or via letter, fax, email or phone. Bookings are confirmed when the delegate has received confirmation from Monash Simulation of a course place.

 

Pricing & Payment Terms

All course fees are fixed and inclusive of GST. Monash Simulation reserves the right to review and change course fees.

 

Delegate Suitability
It is the course attendee’s responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. All delegates should have read and understood the course outline and met the necessary prerequisites.
Monash Simulation reserves the right to ask a delegate to leave the training event if the delegate does not meet the course prerequisites. The delegate will be granted a full course refund minus a $100 administration fee.
Monash Simulation requests delegates to support this policy which is designed to protect the delegate’s investment and maintain course quality.
When attending a course at Monash Simulation, all delegates will be required to abide by site rules and regulations pertaining to Monash Health.
